Meet the Malicki Sanchez Law Team
Supported by an experienced and dedicated team, Mr. Malicki has practiced since 1972 in the Malicki Sanchez Law Firm, which was established in 1959. The firm is a general practice that includes trial work. Since 1989 Marek Malicki has also served and he continues to serve as a deputy Small Claims Court judge in Central West Region in Ontario.
Gibrian has been working for Malicki Sanchez since 2002. In September 2014 he was called to the Bar and is proud to continue working with the firm as the third generation lawyer, following in the footsteps of his father Marek Malicki and his grandfather Stefan Malicki.
A graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Alfredo joined the Malicki Sanchez team in May of 2008. Alfredo practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, corporate and commercial, and wills and estates.
Jessica practices in the areas of Employment Law, Wills & Estates, and Family Law.
Chris joined Malicki Sanchez as an articling student and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Chris received his Juris Doctor from Western University where he was actively involved in Community Legal Services and the Student Legal Society. Before law school, Chris completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction. Chris practices in the areas of civil litigation, general corporate and commercial matters, family law, and wills and estate planning.
Gurpreet was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She has completed an honours degree in Political Science and a minor in South Asian Studies and attended Brunel University for her LLB. Gurpreet’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial law.
Victoria practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and wills & estate planning.
